The MBDU sweatshirt is part of a modern combat uniform. The uniform is manufactured from the highest quality materials, whose careful selection ensures not only its high durability, but above all complete freedom of movement, so necessary on the modern battlefield. The sweatshirt has a profiled, fitted cut with side panels made from VersaStretch® fabric. The classic collar can be stood up and then fastened using hook-and-loop fastener. At chest level there are two zip pockets, above which are soft hook-and-loop fastener patches. In addition, a military rank tape is centrally positioned at the front. In the armpits, mesh panels have been placed to improve breathability. On the shoulders are zip pockets, inside which small attachment loops have been sewn to allow attachment of carried equipment. On the shoulders are large hook-and-loop fastener panels for patches and above them smaller panels for flags or IFF markings. For greater durability, so-called Canadian buttons are used. For the coloured versions: PL Woodland, MultiCam Black™ and Flecktarn, pockets have been added to allow placement of soft protective inserts.
