Small and simple rescue mirror. The small rescue mirror is designed so that you can direct sunlight reflected from it over great distances. Reflecting light over short distances is straightforward if you can see it on a tree or wall. Over long distances, an ordinary mirror cannot achieve such precision. The signal mirror has a special hole that functions as a collimator. This allows you to direct the reflected light over greater distances. In an emergency, you can call for help by directing an SOS signal at a boat or aircraft. Its visibility depends on sunlight, weather and terrain, but under good conditions the reflected light is visible from distances of several kilometres. On the back of the signal mirror are instructions and a compass button, making it the simplest rescue kit.
