This type of axe provided woodcutters with greater freedom, as they could use one blade for heavy work and the other for more precise work. This model was named after Bo Wetterhalla, an enthusiast at Hults Bruk and the longest-serving employee of Hults Bruk. Like all Hultafors® axes, this axe is hand-forged from Swedish steel. During the hand-forging process, the head is struck 40 to 60 times, which increases its density and therefore its strength.
