Our advice and tips:

• Use the sleeping mat on a flat surface free from sharp objects.
• After opening the valve, inflate the mat by mouth or with a pump with a suitable valve.
• Do not use compressed air sources or foot pumps, as this could damage the mat.
• Do not expose the sleeping mat to direct sunlight, open flame and high temperatures.
• Do not place the sleeping mat on sharp and hot objects, as this could damage it.

Care and storage:

• Store the sleeping mat in a dry and well-ventilated place away from sunlight, with the valve open.
• We recommend removing dirt with a brush using appropriate cleaning products.
• Avoid contact of the mat with oils, petroleum products, chemicals, repellents and sunscreen preparations.
• The sleeping mat can only be cleaned according to the instructions given, otherwise it may be damaged.
