When your dog is ready to go, you don't want to waste time wrestling with buckles. The K9 Thorn Bravo harness fastens with a climbing-grade Cobra buckle from Austrialpin, so you can put it on your dog in a few seconds. It is based on the classic cut of patrol harnesses, which has proven itself in units around the world for many years, and its 44 mm polyamide webbing lets you fit it precisely to your dog – giving you perfect control of your dog at work.
Hardware from high-alpine climbing
The Cobra buckles come from the renowned Austrian brand Austrialpin and have found their place in high-alpine climbing and extreme sports. They withstand 9 kN before breaking and 18 kN in a loop; the buckle body is made of 7075 aluminium, the pins and clamping bar of stainless steel and the clamps of brass. The harness also includes an Austrialpin adjuster made of aircraft-grade aluminium with a strength of 15 kN.
Quick clipping and comfort for your dog
You clip the lead into the curved anodised aluminium V-ring with a strength of 20 kN. Any carabiner clips into it, even a quickdraw with a Kong Frog carabiner, and one hand is all you need. Under the harness there is structural mesh that makes it more breathable and more comfortable for the dog to move in. The harness also has a 15 × 10 cm hook-and-loop panel. The polyamide straps are weather-resistant, do not lose their colour and do not fray or come apart with normal use.
