Rings resembling gymnastics rings are designed for strength training. Bodyweight exercise enables comprehensive development of the trainee's strength capabilities. They are not designed for sport gymnastics exercise!!!

• The rings are made of wood with an outer diameter of 23 cm and an inner diameter of 17 cm.
• The straps are 3 m long. The strap length can be adjusted using a mechanical metal device.
• Maximum static load: 150 kg.
