Our freeze-dried Bigos travels around the world and every year delights the taste buds of an ever-growing number of adventurers. It may not be the most obvious choice and the idea of combining sauerkraut with pork, chicken, mushrooms and dried plums might seem a little unusual to those unfamiliar with traditional Polish cuisine, but we promise that the flavour will dispel all your doubts and soon you will not be able to get enough of this perfect dish. It tastes even better with a slice of good bread!

The meals are frozen and seasoned before drying.

They contain no artificial ingredients, added sugars, palm oil or preservatives. The food is made from 100% natural ingredients. Shelf life is approximately 4 years.
