Mil-tec trouser drawcords. They are primarily designed for drawing in trousers, to prevent unwanted trouser legs riding up during movement and so on. The drawcords are fastened with hook-and-loop fastener. You can use them not only for drawing in trousers but also as tactical straps for securing various accessories on a rucksack.
