Mil-Tec US Assault Large Laser Cut rucksack. The Assault rucksack is characterised by a padded back panel, reinforced adjustable shoulder straps and an adjustable hip belt. The base comprises two large compartments with various internal pockets and two smaller compartments at the front. The rucksack also includes space for a water bladder (CamelBak)
A typical feature of Assault rucksacks is the MOLLE system; by means of the special Laser-Cut-Loop-System, additional equipment can be attached quickly and easily across the entire rucksack.

What is Laser cut?
Equipment and accessories with PALS webbing, which we refer to as the MOLLE system, are attached to the Laser cut system, designed primarily for tactical equipment, such as tactical vests and ballistic plate carriers or sports and tactical belts, various load-bearing panels and much other equipment. The most common applications of Laser cut are still found in products for the military and other armed forces, but outdoor rucksack manufacturers and other equipment producers also use Laser Cut. Laser cut slots are in most cases cut from very strong and durable Cordura 1000D nylon (some manufacturers use 500D – 600D).

What is the MOLLE system?
The MOLLE system is a webbing load-bearing attachment consisting of horizontally placed straps 1 inch (2.54cm) wide with vertical spacing of 1 inch. The straps are sewn to the base fabric (for example on a vest or rucksack) at 1.5 inch (3.81cm) spacing. This system was patented by the US armed forces in 1998. Today, the MOLLE system is the most widely used webbing attachment system in the world.
