A carving fork is available in two colours, with a red or black handle. The handle is made from Scandinavian birch and its appearance is closely related to the shape of the traditional morakniv. Of course, its properties are adapted for kitchen use. The winning design features a 150 mm long blade with two tips pointing slightly outward, precisely so that the steak stays in place when carving.
