Muurikka is a purely natural product and contains 70% pork lard and 30% Finnish rapeseed oil. Thanks to the practical tube shape, you can optimally portion the fat for frying. Muurikka lard is suitable not only for preparing your dishes, but also for frying in a pan, in a pot and in fat on a gas grill. It is particularly suitable for giving your dishes a crispy surface.
