Specification
For evening runs, ultramarathons or hikes you need light you barely notice and that adapts to the weather. The Nitecore NU27 headlamp weighs just 56 g with the headband, delivers up to 600 lumens and a beam distance of 123 metres, and offers three white colour temperatures.
Colour temperature to suit the conditions
3000 K warm white cuts through fog and rain, 4500 K neutral white resembles natural daylight and 6500 K cool white gives a crisp image in clear weather. The white light has 5 brightness levels from 6 to 600 lm and 3 special modes, with High at 400 lm lasting 3 hours; the red light shines steadily or flashes to protect your night vision.
Light, rugged and versatile
The polycarbonate body is rated IP66 and survives drops from 1 metre. You charge the built-in 850 mAh battery via USB-C in about 1 h 15 min and it lasts up to 57 hours; a four-stage indicator shows the remaining power and the smart lockout prevents accidental activation. The 4-way clip attaches the lamp to a cap, strap, bag or belt, and the diffusing pouch doubles as a storage case and lantern.
