Dimension A is the length of your foot in centimetres, not the inner length of the shoe — do not add anything to the measured value. Measure your foot standing up, preferably in the second half of the day, when it is at its largest. If your value falls between two sizes, we recommend the larger one.
You will find the guide on how to measure your foot correctly here: How to measure your foot and choose the right size.
