Pentagon Ageron t-shirt, black, is made from cotton with a specific yarn production process. The same cotton fibres are continuously twisted and drawn out, creating a fine rope of cotton fibres. This twisting process highlights the short hairs of the cotton, resulting in stronger yarn with a softer feel. The more fibres that are twisted together, the stronger and softer the yarn becomes. Ring-spun yarn offers advantages over standard cotton t-shirt yarn. A t-shirt with a fabric weight of 200 g/m² is heavier than one with a fabric weight of 165 g/m², but ring-spun yarn can be more durable and softer.
