Pentagon Ageron "Victorious, Terra Brown" short-sleeved t-shirt is made from 100% ring-spun cotton, which means the yarn production process is different. It begins with the same cotton fibres, which are continuously twisted and drawn out, creating a very fine rope of cotton fibres. Thanks to the twisting, short cotton hairs are brought to the surface, resulting in a much stronger yarn with a noticeably softer feel. The more fibres that are twisted together, the stronger and softer the yarn becomes. The benefits of a ring-spun cotton t-shirt compared with standard cotton t-shirt are clear: although a cotton t-shirt with a fabric weight of 200 g/m² may be heavier than a ring-spun cotton t-shirt with a fabric weight of 165 g/m², the ring-spun cotton t-shirt can be more durable and certainly much softer.
