When you need even more space

Whether it is your physical build or you simply need to spread out for a good night's sleep, sometimes you just need more room than mummy-shaped sleeping bags can offer. That is why Blizzard Wide is the largest in the family, which also includes the Blizzard PFM and Blizzard Junior PFM sleeping bags.

The Wide version is five centimetres wider than the standard size whilst maintaining the same weight of filling, so it offers the same thermal comfort but considerably more space.

Given its features, such as the aforementioned spaciousness and versatility – it can be combined with another Blizzard or fully unzipped to create a blanket – we recommend it primarily for car camping and other forms of extended camping due to its reduced packability.

Protection against the cold.

Since we know that cold is the number one enemy of sleep, we fight it with every possible means.

1. The SBS zip is of course two-way and can be fastened from inside and outside. Moreover, it has a flap on the inside that effectively prevents air from passing through. It is also padded, so any leakage at the zip would not wake even the princess and the pea.
2. It may seem like a trivial matter, but who among us would think of wearing washing pegs on the exterior? That is why we have equipped our sleeping bags with two attachment loops for easier hanging and faster drying.

Individuals and couples.

By positioning the zip on the left or right side and splitting it at the foot corner, it is possible to join not only two Blizzards together, but also a Blizzard with all duvet sleeping bags with ThermicFibre filling,which will be appreciated especially by couples in love. This function also significantly increases thermal comfort.

On the other hand, in the event of extreme heat, the Blizzard sleeping bag can be fully unzipped and converted into a blanket with dimensions of 200 x 190 cm, under which two people can fit without any problem.

Two-layer ThermicFibre PFM insulation (^2x150g/m2)

Two-layer thermal insulation ensures that cold spots do not form in the filling. This means that the filling consists of two layers of fleece on top of each other, with one layer stitched to the outer fabric at certain intervals and the second layer similarly stitched to the inner fabric, but the seams are offset so that they do not overlap anywhere.

Clima Control Shield material treatment

ClimaControl Shield (CCS) technology provides a balanced outer fabric that prevents the escape of warm air from inside and at the same time ensures adequate breathability.
It optimises the balance between windproofing to retain heat and venting of internal moisture to prevent condensation.
The combination of these properties ensures user comfort and a favourable internal climate in the sleeping bag.
Water-repellent treatment provides adequate protection against adverse weather.
Clima Control Shield fabric is lightweight, packable and soft to the touch.
