The upper segment of the Pinguin Compact FL Foam folding trekking poles is equipped with an extended handle made of non-absorbent, slip-resistant and vibration-absorbing EVA foam. The length of the handles defines the poles as four-season, thanks to the ability to change grip position when traversing whilst maintaining a comfortable and secure grip. Adjustable wrist loops also contribute to greater comfort and safety when using the poles.
High foldability of the poles thanks to the folding segment principle. The poles can be folded to a length of just 36 cm, which means they fit into our smallest rucksack, the Move 8.
The poles are supplied with a pair of trekking poles and a pair of snow baskets.

Pole adjustment
Material
The individual segments of these telescopic poles are made from high-strength aluminium alloy 7075 with enlarged diameters for greater pole rigidity, connected to each other by a Kevlar cord in protective bungee. The pole segments are colour anodised. Thanks to this surface treatment, the aluminium is mechanically resistant to abrasion and has increased resistance to weather effects. The tips are made from durable tungsten carbide and the poles are supplied with rubber tip covers that eliminate vibrations and unwanted noise on hard surfaces.
Fast Lock
The overall length of the poles can be easily, quickly and safely adjusted using the Fast Lock with a dural lever located on the upper segment of the pole from 110 to 130 cm. Grooves on the upper telescopic segment of the poles also contribute to easy adjustment.
