But that is not the only time you will appreciate the Mistral. It is also suitable for crossing lower mountain ranges, where it is already cold at the summits, or for a trip around Scandinavia. Thanks to a very pleasant temperature range down to three degrees below zero, you can use it from spring to autumn and, if the weather permits, possibly longer.

It is part of a family that also includes the Mistral PFM and Mistral Junior PFM models, which are particularly useful when you know that a group of people will be exposed to the same conditions.

The women's version has more filling and is three centimetres wider in the chest area.

To prevent the cold

Since we know that cold is the number one enemy of sleep, we fight it in every possible way.

1. The SBS zip is of course two-way and can be fastened from the inside or outside, and on the inside it has a flap that effectively prevents air from passing through. It is also reinforced, so any leakage at the zip would not wake even the princess on the pea.
2. Immediately behind the head opening there is a shoulder collar. When pulled tight, it keeps the heat inside the sleeping bag very well and also prevents the user's breath vapour from escaping.
3. It may seem like a trivial thing, but who among us would think of taking clothing pegs into the countryside? That is why we have equipped our sleeping bags with two attachment loops for easier hanging and faster drying.

Singles and couples.

Thanks to the zip placement on the left or right side, it is possible to join not only two Mistrals together, but also a Mistral with all mummy sleeping bags with ThermicFibre filling, which will be especially appreciated by couples. This feature also significantly increases thermal comfort.

Two-layer ThermicFibre PFM insulation (^2x150g/m2)

Two-layer thermal insulation ensures that no cold spots form in the filling. This means that the filling consists of two layers of fleece on top of each other, with one layer stitched at intervals to the outer fabric and the second layer similarly stitched to the inner fabric, except the seams are offset so they do not overlap anywhere.

Clima Control Shield technology

Clima Control Shield (CCS) technology provides a balanced outer fabric that prevents warm air from escaping inside and at the same time ensures adequate breathability.
It optimises the balance between windproofing to retain heat and ventilation of internal moisture to prevent condensation.
The combination of these properties ensures user comfort and a favourable internal climate in the sleeping bag.
Water-repellent treatment provides adequate protection against adverse weather.
Clima Control Shield fabric is lightweight, packable and soft to the touch.
