The Quest Air metal detector is compact, so you can take it anywhere. You can place your smartphone in the holder horizontally or vertically to have an overview of object identification. Alternatively, you can let your phone work in the background and turn off the display to search for metal objects based on sounds alone. This saves your smartphone's battery and reduces the weight you need to carry on the probe.

Quest Air offers all the important features of a modern metal detector in the companion app. Object identification is displayed on the screen in four groups (iron, foil, rings and coins) and also as numbers (-90 to 90), so you can decide whether to dig. Warning: To activate the search coil, you must extend the bottom rod to the "9" mark, as this activates an invisible magnetic switch.

How long does the Quest Air metal detector battery last after a full charge?

The rechargeable battery is located in the bottom bar, where the USB-C port for charging is also located. With a fully charged 750 mAh Li-Po battery, you can detect for up to 10 hours.
