Trail insoles for shoes designed for the demanding conditions of ultra running, developed in collaboration with top runners from the Salomon team and the Matryx team (which works closely with Sidas long-term). Materials were carefully selected to ensure maximum grip (minimising slipping, essential for descents and optimal power transfer), comfort, durability, all with minimal weight.

Insoles for trail running and ultra races are made from highly flexible material, so support for the longitudinal and transverse arch is minimalist and leaves maximum space for natural foot movement.

At the front, the insoles are wide enough to fit trail shoes with a widened toe box.

The Trail+ insole has a non-slip surface that keeps your feet in place, provides better precision and power transfer, better stability and better support. This is achieved through a combination of high-quality foams, thin sandwich construction and adhesive material both on the foot contact surface and on the shoe contact surface.

The Trail+ running insole also offers increased comfort thanks to a pre-shaped and flexible structure combined with friction-reducing materials used on the surface in contact with the foot. This combination ensures comfortable running without foot slipping and unwanted friction.

This trail shoe insole is also characterised by its lightness and durability. It is made from a combination of high-quality foams that are ultra-thin and light yet extremely durable.

How to use

• Remove the original insole and use it as a template to trim your new Sidas insole
• Insert the new insole into your shoe
• Wash only with mild soap and a brush
• Do not dry on a radiator. For better drying use Therm-ic shoe dryers with air flow
