The construction of the orthopaedically shaped insole is adapted to the anatomy of a high-arched foot and provides adequate functional support to the longitudinal and transverse arch. Under the heel there is a large gel cushion for shock absorption, which protects the heel bone and increases movement comfort. In the forefoot area, an EVA cushion is positioned to relieve the overloaded forefoot. Through its 3D construction, support for the longitudinal and transverse arch, the insole optimally distributes pressure across the entire foot surface and relieves overloaded areas (painful heel, forefoot).

This insole from the Sidas collection has pronounced transverse arch support. If you are not accustomed to transverse arch support (which in such cases can cause uncomfortable pressure, especially during prolonged load such as in skates), we recommend choosing the similar and very versatile Sidas Run 3Feet Protect High model.

Orthopaedically shaped insole suitable for everyday footwear and sports activities. The insole has 5 mm of material in the forefoot area, so if you have less space in your shoe and the original insole is thin, choose thinner insoles from the Sidas collection (for example 3Feet Slim, 3Feet Outdoor etc.).

How to use

• Remove the original insole and trim your new Sidas insole according to it
• Insert the new insole into the shoe
• Wash only with mild soap and a brush
• Do not dry on a radiator. For better drying use Therm-ic shoe dryers with air flow
