The insole construction is adapted to the anatomy of a low-arch foot and provides adequate support to the longitudinal arch. Through its 3D construction, the insole supports the longitudinal arch and seats the heel firmly in the heel cup. This way it optimally controls pronation of the low-arch foot and thereby provides better overall axial alignment of the body. The foot supported in this manner does not change its shape under load. The EVA foam cushion under the heel absorbs impact and provides better foot fixation in place.

An orthopaedically shaped insole suitable for everyday footwear and sports activities. The insole has 5 mm of material in the forefoot area, which absorbs impact well and adds to comfort. If you have less space in your footwear and the original insole is thin, choose thinner insoles from the Sidas collection instead (for example 3Feet Slim, 3Feet Outdoor etc.).

How to use

• Remove the original insole and trim your new Sidas insole to match it
• Insert the new insole into the boot
• Wash with mild soap and a brush only
• Do not dry on a radiator. For better drying use Therm-ic shoe dryers with air flow
