The construction of this orthopaedically shaped insole is adapted to the anatomy of the foot with a medium arch. The insole, through its 3D construction, adequately supports the longitudinal arch of the foot, and in doing so optimally distributes pressure across the entire foot surface. The heel cup positions the foot better in the shoe, and thanks to the gel cushion under the heel, it effectively dampens impact. This shoe insole acts preventatively against the development of flat feet and prevents unwanted excessive pronation of the feet. It provides better stability when walking and during sport.

The insole is suitable for everyday footwear and for sports activities. The insole has 5 mm of material in the front section, which absorbs impact well and adds to comfort. If you have less space in your shoe and the original insole is thin, choose thinner insoles from the Sidas collection instead (for example 3Feet Slim, 3Feet Outdoor etc.).

How to use

• Remove the original insole and trim your new Sidas insole according to it
• Insert the new insole into the shoe
• Wash only with mild soap and a brush
• Do not dry on a radiator. For better drying, use Therm-ic shoe dryers with air flow
