New construction outdoor insoles made from lightweight and breathable material with an orthopaedic shape, the insole structure adapted to the anatomy of the foot with a medium arch (3.1 cm). Large EVA cushion under the heel to dampen characteristic impacts on the heel bone. The insole, through its 3D construction and support for the longitudinal and transverse arch, optimally distributes pressure across the entire foot surface. Perforation in the forefoot helps ventilate moisture in the shoe. Size and shape can be adjusted by trimming at the toe.

The 3Feet® concept, developed by Sidas, provides unrivalled comfort compared with a standard insole. The shape of the shoe insoles is adapted according to the arch height of your foot, and thus supports correct body posture and allows the foot to maintain its natural shape, better seats the foot in the shoe thanks to the heel cup, better dampens impacts and, thanks to arch support, distributes pressure across a larger foot surface area, which you will appreciate not only on long hikes but also on everyday walks.

How to use

• Remove the original insole and trim your new Sidas insole according to it
• Insert the new insole into the shoe
• Wash only with mild soap and a brush
• Do not dry on a radiator. For better drying use Therm-ic shoe dryers with flowing air
