Choose insoles from the 3Feet range according to your arch type – 3Feet Slim High are designed for a high arch.

The 3Feet Slim model is exceptional because the material under the forefoot is only 2 mm thick and is suitable for footwear where there is not enough internal volume, or for those who have wide feet but appreciate longitudinal arch support. Longitudinal arch support allows better axial foot positioning, better pressure distribution over a larger foot surface area, better force transmission (cycling, skating and so on) and greater comfort. The shaped heel cup seats the foot better in the shoe.

Sidas 3Feet Slim High insoles are also suitable for cycling shoes, which are often very narrow and may not have room for other models in the 3Feet range, especially if the cyclist has a higher instep and wider foot. They work equally well in tight skates, in precisely fitting formal shoes and so on.

The front part of the insoles can be cut off (along the marked line) and turned into "half" insoles for shoes. You may appreciate this if it is not possible to remove the original insole.

How to use

• Remove the original insole and trim your new Sidas insole to match it
• Insert the new insole into the shoe
• Wash with mild soap and a brush only
• Do not dry on a radiator. For better drying use Therm-ic shoe dryers with air flow
