Particularly in children, it is necessary to ensure healthy footwear. Insoles for children SIDAS JUNIOR with their 3D anatomical construction – longitudinal arch support with emphasis on heel stabilisation – correct foot position and ensure better pressure distribution. The insole is made from softer EVA material.

This model of insole is suitable for everyday and sports children's footwear, and has also proved very effective in skates (ice and in-line models), where the child's foot is often excessively loaded and the arch can collapse, the child's foot can shift inward, which disrupts the correct axial alignment of the entire lower limbs and can lead to overloading of the joints and spine. Children's insoles position the heel precisely in the heel cup and, thanks to the anatomically shaped longitudinal arch support, limit excessive pronation, correct the axial alignment of the ankle and knee, thereby improving push-off and glide.

How to use

• Remove the original insole and trim your new Sidas insole according to it
• Insert the new insole into the shoe
• Wash only with mild soap and a brush
• Do not dry on a radiator. For better drying use Sidas/Therm-ic shoe dryers with air flow
