Anatomical insoles position the heel in the heel cup and distribute pressure evenly across the sole of the foot. Thanks to the shaped 3D construction with arch support, they prevent flat feet and unwanted pronation. The surface is covered with antibacterial fabric.

This model, in addition to use in everyday and sports footwear, has also proved itself in skates (ice and in-line models), where the insole positions the heel precisely in the heel cup and, thanks to the anatomically shaped longitudinal arch support, limits excessive pronation, corrects the axial alignment of the ankle and knee, thereby improving push-off and glide.

How to use

• Remove the original insole and trim your new Sidas insole to match it
• Insert the new insole into the shoe
• Wash only with mild soap and a brush
• Do not dry on a radiator. For better drying, use Therm-ic shoe dryers with air flow
