Very versatile gel insoles with gel dampening suitable for everyday activities, which thanks to their 3D shape provide excellent support for the foot arch and distribute pressure on the footbed. The heel and forefoot are lined with a gel pad to dampen characteristic impacts on the heel bone and relieve pressure on the overloaded forefoot. The upper surface of the gel insoles is made from antibacterial fabric.

These gel insoles are suitable, in addition to basic sports activities, also for everyday wear, for walking, and in work boots, in which you spend hours standing every day. They relieve pressure on overloaded points on the foot, stabilise correct foot positioning and delay the onset of fatigue and possible pain.

How to use

• Remove the original insole and trim your new Sidas insole according to it
• Insert the new insole into the boot
• Wash only with mild soap and a brush
• Do not dry on a radiator. For better drying use Sidas/Therm-ic dryers with air flow
