Sidas Cushioning Gel Support insoles are designed for everyday activities. They provide basic and flexible support for the longitudinal arch (if you require higher support and stability, we recommend the excellent Sidas Cushioning Gel 3D model) and contain a large proportion of gel material, so they provide a high level of cushioning across a significant area of the insoles (not just under the heel and forefoot), which is suitable for comfort but less so for sports performance.

Their durable antibacterial surface material helps to wick away sweat, which is also supported by perforations in the front part of the gel insoles.

How to use

• Remove the original insole and trim your new Sidas insole to match it
• Insert the new insole into your boot
• Wash only with mild soap and a brush
• Do not dry on a radiator. For better drying use Sidas/Therm-ic dryers with air flow
