Structurally improved 3FEET insole designed for runners and athletes seeking maximum comfort and protection with every step. Gel heel reinforcement cushions impact, whilst EVA material under the forefoot provides better support for push-off. Anatomically shaped arch support stabilises the foot during the step and guides it into correct axial alignment.

These highly versatile sports insoles are made from special materials that guarantee increased durability even with intensive use. A raised edge in the heel area creates a bed for heel placement, supporting foot stability. The arch curve prevents collapse under increased load.

Materials under the heel and toe joints cushion impact and protect sensitive parts of the foot. The top surface of the insoles is covered with durable fabric.
The insoles work preventatively against deformities, reduce fatigue, promote correct biomechanical movement of the feet and consequently the whole body, and ensure greater comfort during sports activity. The insole size can be adjusted by trimming at the toe.

3Feet Run Protect insoles are suitable for running and also for other dynamic sports (floorball, tennis, basketball, volleyball etc.). In ice hockey skates they are used to improve axial foot alignment and for better push-off and glide.

How to use

• Remove the original insole and trim your new Sidas insole to match it
• Insert the new insole into the shoe
• Wash only with mild soap and a brush
• Do not dry on a radiator. For better drying use Therm-ic shoe dryers with air flow
