• The REX model is an award-winning design unique piece, developed in 1947 by Alfred Neweczerzal and remains practically unchanged to this day.
• Since its creation it has been manufactured by the Swiss company Zena, which Victorinox acquired and thus became an integral part of our grater range.
• We have also incorporated several improvements, with the addition of two extra blade types the STAR model was created and with a new material design the RAPID model, which is characterised by a sturdy plastic ABS handle and a potato peeler.
• This ergonomically shaped model is available in two colours and its great advantage is the ability to be washed in the dishwasher.
• Each of these graters not only looks great, but is also a healthy choice, because peeling close to the flesh preserves vitamins and minimises waste.
