The tall stainless steel blade with a straight edge comes professionally sharpened from the factory. The 22 cm length allows smooth cuts without sawing, and the broad side of the blade can also be used to transfer chopped ingredients.

The ergonomically shaped thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) handle feels softer to the touch and offers a more secure grip. The knife is dishwasher safe, made in Switzerland and supplied in a blister pack.
