Santoku knife from the SwissClassic collection features a straight blade with a smooth edge for slicing a wide range of ingredients. The blade height makes it exceptionally easy to slice. Blade length 17 cm. The SWISSCLASSIC collection is made from the most popular European chrome steel X46 Cr13 with a modern design and an ergonomically shaped handle. The thermoplastic handle is durable and usable in temperatures up to 100°C. A protective guard against cuts is positioned at the tip of the handle. Strength and corrosion resistance make it suitable for domestic use and smaller knives as well as professional kitchens.
