Tomato knife from the SwissClassic collection features a straight blade with serrated edge for processing tomatoes, vegetables, cured meats and general kitchen tasks. Blade length 11 cm. The SWISSCLASSIC collection is manufactured from the most popular European chromium steel X46 Cr13 with modern design and an ergonomically shaped handle. The thermoplastic handle is robust and usable in the range up to 100°C. A protective extension is positioned at the tip of the handle to prevent cuts. Strength and corrosion resistance make it suitable for domestic use and smaller knives as well as professional kitchens.
