The waxed hat WARAGOD OLVIN is designed for movement in terrain where weather is not an excuse. Durable cotton with Oilskin treatment (wax and oils) creates a natural barrier against rain, snow and wind, whilst maintaining the breathability needed for all-day wear.

• Thanks to UV protection UPF 50+, it protects your head even in strong sun, making it a versatile accessory for hiking, bushcraft, fishing and long journeys in open terrain.
• OLVIN is not just about appearance. The functional design is complemented by ventilation openings on both sides of the crown, which ensure air circulation even in warmer conditions. A brim with built-in steel wire holds its shape, yet allows the hat to be folded and stored in a rucksack without permanent deformation.

Care and maintenance

To preserve the appearance and functionality of your OLVIN hat for years to come, we recommend:

• Do not wash it in a washing machine or dry clean it. The wax would be removed and lose its protective properties.

• Clean soiling with a damp cloth or soft brush. If the hat is very muddy, let it dry first and then remove the dried dirt.

• Leave it to dry at room temperature. Avoid direct sunlight or heat sources (radiator, fire).

• Renew the wax layer approximately once a season using specialist wax for Oilskin products.

• Store it folded or hung in a dry, well-ventilated place.
