The Universal Pouch is a flexible holder for carrying basic gear such as a carabiner magazine, tourniquet, bandage and other items of similar size. The panel can be clipped to a number of surfaces on the plate carrier - to the soft velcro velcro on the inside of the vest, under the flap, both underneath and on its side, to fasten the plate pocket, or even to any Velcro-lined belt. The pocket can be clipped to the left side as well as to the right side - just change the direction of clipping the strap on the bottom of the pocket.
